A growing number of people are escaping poverty, natural disaster, and political turmoil for better security, safety, and the pursuit of the American Dream. Refugees, asylum seekers, displace people, and immigrants continue to face violations of their rights by government attempts to divert, expel, or contain them upon entering the United States.

The Foundation funds high-impact litigation cases that defends the rights of immigrants, asylum seekers, and displaced persons. The following grantees pursued litigation that addresses violations of the constitutional rights of immigrants and asylum seekers when seeking to enter the United States.
