The poverty of Native Americans exacerbated by the denial of public benefits, often obscured by their living on a reservation, or denial of their basic constitutional rights requires litigation to end those injustices.

The Foundation funds high-impact litigation cases that address injustices against Native Americans throughout the Country. The following grantees pursued litigation to alleviate such injustices.
