OUR GRANTEES – HOMELESSNESS

Homeless persons should enjoy and have protection of their constitutional and statutory rights the same as any other person. Those rights include a safe and habitable environment with adequate medical care and freedom from hunger, so their dignity and safety are maintained.

The Foundation funds high-impact litigation cases that protect and maintain constitutional and statutory rights of homeless persons and persons facing homelessness. The following grantees pursued litigation that protect the constitutional rights of homeless persons.
